About me

Over 13 years of experience in digital roles, including User Research, Service Design, UX/UI Design, Product Ownership, and User Acceptance Testing.

I bring a wealth of expertise in user centered design using Agile delivery and Lean UX principles. My career across multinational corporations and government agencies has equipped me with a deep understanding of effective practices, which I aim to share to enhance digital services for all users in both the B2C and B2B spaces.

I’ve recently leaned into augmenting my work with AI tools, originally Figma Make but now Claude Code for which I’ve built my own UX focused harness with agents and skills to help the efficiency of my workflow.

Ambitious and driven, I am passionate about using my skills to improve the way people interact with digital services.

Outside of work, I’m a husband and father. My greatest love is music. both playing and listening. I’m a regular gig-goer and also enjoy hiking when time affords me. I also watch a lot of documentaries on science, technology, and history.
