ARC project
Background
ARC is a project or program of work to develop a ‘from the ground up’ Audit, Risk, and Compliance management product.
The ARC product is a direct replacement for 3 older products on Ideagen’s books, 2 auditing applications and 1 risk managements application. It will offer a one-stop shop for customers in that space.
The product is live at an MVP stage with real customers currently using it including a couple of big names, Best Buy and BDO. We’re now working on parity and advanced features including AI integration.
The project has been running for around 4 years. I’ve been the UX lead on the project for 3 years.
